The programme features five suites, each one dedicated to the works of great Italian film masters including Nino Rota, Nicola Piovani, Fiorenzo Carpi, Luis Bacalov and Ennio Morricone. Beautiful and enduring melodies from some of the best-loved soundtracks of the Italian film music tradition will be given a fresh modern approach in captivating arrangements that include improvisation and jazz.
