In this issue we are pleased to share with you COMMENTS FROM OUR AUDIENCE MEMBERS who attended our "Tango!" concert on 13 January 2007. Here are comments from some of the audience members: Brilliant! The music still rings in my ears! This was good ensemble work and an excellent line-up of artists. The conductor knows the style of music well. He conducts naturally as if it were in his blood. Daniel Binelli performed with style and panache. The pianist Polly Ferman was also wonderful. I was moved by the entire performance. ---------- Mrs. Wong (Sha Tin) Very special! I never imagined the bandoneon could express such a wide range of emotions from light-hearted to passionate and melancholic moods. It left a deep impression on me. The rapport between the guest artists and the orchestra was great. ---------- Miss Tam (Tuen Mun) Thank you for a very enjoyable concert. Daniel Binelli was fantastic and the orchestra played really well. ---------- Mr. Es (Hong Kong Island) The music was beautiful. This was one of the best Tango concerts I’ve been to whether in Hong Kong, New York or Los Angeles. It was a valuable alternative to classical music for Hong Kong people. ---------- Miss Sam (Hung Hom) Tonight’s performance was very impressive. The second part of the performance was especially touching. I was completely spellbound by the music. It was wonderful to have the chance to enjoy such a good performance. ---------- Ms. But (Hung Hom) It was a rare opportunity for one to get to know a bit of Tango music - I feel delighted and gratified. Argentine bandoneon player Binelli was superb. ---------- Miss Fung (Sham Shui Po) An enjoyable performance played by artists with passion. Enchanting and innovative. ---------- Miss Tse (Hung Hom)
